I enjoy coming here. My massage therapist is Emma, and she is great. I've been doing massages for years. And this place is excellent, and the price is also excellent. People destroy businesses by putting false reviews. This place is decent clean, and the workers are respectable and professional.
Excellent place. I go there about once a week and have invited my wife and co-workers on many occasions. Staff is highly skilled and very professional. Do not hesitate to give them a try, your body will thank you.
I have been going to Westport Wellness for nearly 10 years. It’s a legitimate, professional, clean, and friendly place. My massage therapist is Yuki. I travel a lot internationally (including Asia) and I often have massage. Yuki is world class. She also works in a Doctor’s Clinic and has a medical approach to massage. This helps with my arthritis pain. I recommend 👍
This place is a scam they give a card and it says the massage is $10 for 60 minutes then when you call to inquire they say yes and then when you get there after confirming again that it's the price they say yes. Then after the service the store completely changes. Then they refuse to pick up any of your calls after the service. You also tell the person that you want your neck massaged and she does the entire body then as you ask questions she can't answer because she doesn't speak English and just laughs and says she doesn't understand. Unfortunately I was informed that no manager is available to assist me. I called yesterday and your workers hung up the phone on me which was rude then every time I called they decided to block my calls. Then you call today and when I try to call back twice you don't answer the calls Massajoyest M. I called and asked twice if that was the price because that's what the gift card mentioned it doesn't say $10 off it says $10 and then when I got there I confirmed again and the worker said yes and before your worker even started the massage she inquired 60 min or 90 min and I specifically said I have the coupon for $10 for 60 min. So instead of your workers rushing customers into a room and trying to get over they should take more time to give a accurate answer instead of lying just to get business. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and workers and the cons for business. I also told her to focus on my neck and instead she does what she wants and violates my butt. The massage therapist clearly doesn't know what she's doing and has bruised my back and now I am at the hospital because of the soreness and pain from your massage therapist.
My usual massage place is a bit of a drive, so I decided to check out Westport Wellness Massage. They were able to accommodate a two-hour service as a walk-in, although they did ask me to call ahead next time. If you like more firm massages, I highly recommend the back walking. It was the best part of the massage for me. The rest of the session was still good. The style is more soft touch with long firm strokes, so more relaxing than therapeutic for me. I'll definitely call ahead next time!
